1 Pillsbury croissant roll sheet
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. shaved steak
6 slices American cheese
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 400F.
Unfold croissant roll sheet and cut in half.
Heat the oil in a 10” skillet over medium heat. Add the shaved steak and cook thoroughly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place 3 slices of cheese across each half of the croissant. Distribute cooked steak evenly over the two halves of the croissant roll. Roll up like a jelly roll and place on greased cooked sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
