Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting

You’ll Need:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
4 tbsp. heavy cream

How To:

Whip butter and peanut butter until pale and fluffy.

Blend in vanilla, yogurt, and powdered sugar and slowly add cream while blending.  Mix until fluffy.

Makes: 12 servings (enough for 12 cupcakes)
