Skinny Pecan POrk Chops

You’ll Need:

4 boneless loin pork chops
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c.. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 c. chopped pecans

How To:

Preheat oven to 425F and spray a large baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.

In a food chopper or processor, add breadcrumbs, cayenne, chili powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and pecans. Blend well until the pecans are in crumbs. If you do not have a chopper or processor, crush pecans and mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

Line up 3 bowls, one with flour, one with buttermilk, and one with the mixture. Dip pork in each, coating thoroughly. Place on a plate, cover, and chill for 1 hour.

Bake chops for 15-20 minutes, flipping over halfway.
