Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball

You’ll Need:

2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 c. chopped pecans

How To:

Mix cream cheese, onion, and pineapple, and 1/4 cup of the chopped pecans.  Stir together thoroughly so all ingredients are evenly distributed.  Refrigerate overnight.

Form into a ball and roll in 1/2 cup chopped pecans, covering as well as possible.  Use extra pecans if needed.
