Easy Oven Cooked Ribs

You’ll Need:

1 rack baby back ribs
salt
pepper
paprika
1 c. brown sugar

 

How To:

Preheat oven to 275F.

Rinse ribs and pat dry. Liberally coat ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pack on the cup of brown sugar.

Lay out two sheets of aluminum foil, slightly overlapping. Place ribs on top and close foil on all sides. Repeat 2 more times so that the ribs are covered in a good 3 layers of foil.  Place ribs on a sheet tray and place in oven for 2 1/2 hours. For a crispier exterior, place meaty side down.

Remove tray from oven. Let sit for 1 hour. Do not open the pouch until the hour is over!

Serve immediately.
