Baked Pork Chops

You’ll Need:

3 pork chops
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 can condensed cream soup of choice
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. & 2 tsp. white wine

How To:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Place flour in one bowl; beaten egg in a second, and mix garlic powder, seasoning salt, and bread crumbs in a third. Dredge chops lightly in flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with bread crumb mixture.

Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork chops 5 minutes on each side, or until the breading appears well browned. Transfer the chops to a 9” x 13” baking dish, and cover with foil.

Bake in the preheated over for 1 hour.  While baking, combine the cream soup, milk, and white wine in a medium bowl. After the pork chips have baked for an hour, cover them with the soup mixture. Cover them with foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
