Oven Barbecued Pork Tenderloin

You’ll Need:

1 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin

 

How To:

Preheat oven to 425F.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients save pork. Place tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan; brush with some of the sauce.

Bake, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining sauce. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
