M and M Cookies

You’ll Need:

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. M&Ms

How To:

Preheat over to 350F.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

Beat butter and sugars in a separate bowl until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.  Beat in vanilla until well combine.  Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well combine.  Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture, beating until just mixed.  Gently fold in M&Ms.

Drop tablespoons of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.  Place into oven and bake until edges are golden brown but center is still moist, about 9-10 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
