Texas Tommy Hot Dogs
8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
8 strips of bacon
8 slices Kraft American Cheese singles
Cut a slit lengthwise in each hot dog. Break the cheese inot pieces that will fit well inside the hot dog.
Wrap a piece of bacon tightly around the hot dog. this will help keep the cheese inside. Secure with a toothpick.
Place hot dog on a preheated grill (or in a heated skillet in the winter, but a grill tastes better!) and cook until the bacon is fully cooked. Turn them frequently, being careful not to let them burn.
Toast the bun, remove the toothpicks from the hot dogs and place the dogs in the bun.
