Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

You’ll Need:

frozen pork loin
1 onion, sliced
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. mustard powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
8 bulky rolls

How To:

Placed sliced onion in bottom of cock pot. Place semi-thawed pork in cooker (thawed enough so that the whole chunk of pork fits – fully frozen is okay too).

Mix all other ingredients EXCEPT barbecue sauce and pour over top. Cook on LOW for 8 hours. Turn pork after 4 hours. At 7.5 hours, shred the meat. Put it back in the slow cooker and allow it to cook the remaining half hour.

Drain fluids and add barbecue sauce. Mix thoroughly and serve on bulky rolls.
