Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

You’ll Need:

1 lb. shaved steak
6 slices provolone cheese
2 sub rolls
pepper
salt
garlic powder
sliced peppers (optional)
sliced onions (optional)
sliced mushrooms (optional)

How To:

Cook shaved steak in a large skillet on high until meat is thoroughly cooked. Add pepper, salt, and garlic powder to steak mixture to taste.

If you like peppers and onions or mushrooms with your steak sandwiches, this would be an excellent time to caramelize these.

Toast sub rolls in a toaster oven or for a couple minutes in oven on broil, until lightly browned. Place three slices of provolone cheese in each roll, overlapping when necessary. Fork pepper and onions or mushrooms into toasted rolls next, if desired. Top with steak.

Serve warm.
