Bavarian Meatball Subs

You’ll Need:

32 oz. frozen meatballs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 envelope onion soup mix
12 oz. Coca Cola
5 buns
3 c. shredded swiss cheese

How To:

In a crock pot combine meatballs, onion, brown sugar, soup mix, and cola. Cover and cook on low for 3.5 to 4.5 hours or until heated through.

Place meatballs on each bun bottom and sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese. Place on baking sheets and broil for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Re-place bun tops and serve!
