Perfect Bisquick Pancakes

You’ll Need:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. blueberries or chocolate chips
1 Egg

How To:

Combine Bisquick, milk, and egg until smooth and without any chunks. Stir in blueberries or chocolate chips (if desired).

Spray pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Cook pancakes until batter in the middle begins bubbling, then carefully slide spatula under the pancake to flip. Cook until both sides are golden brown.

Serve hot with butter, maple syrup and/or cinnamon.
