Pebble Eggs

You’ll Need:

2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tbsp. butter

How To:

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until mixture is slightly frothy.

Grease pan with 1/2 tablespoon butter and stir until melted. Pour egg mixture into the heated pan.  Move around with spatula to assure egg does not stick to bottom and burn. As eggs begin to solidify, chop with spatula so they are very small and crumbly.

Serve hot with bacon and toast.
