Crepes

You’ll Need:

2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vanilla (sweet) or parsley (savory)

How To:

Mix egg, milk, cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg together until frothy and well-combined.  Dip each piece of bread in the mixture on both sides and set on a piece of wax paper until ready to cook.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. You should be able to cook two pieces of french toast at a time. Cook until each side of the french toast is golden brown.

Serve hot with butter and cinnamon.
