Chicken Fajita Salad

You’ll Need:

1/3 tbsp. olive oil
2 c. Tyson Grilled Chicken Strips (frozen)
1/2 onion
1/3 green bell pepper
1 package fajita seasoning
lime juice
3 c. mixed greens
1/2 tomato
2 tbsp. hot salsa

How To:

Dice the onion and green pepper finely.

Cook the chicken strips with olive oil covered in a pan on the stove until thawed and warm. Mix in onion, green pepper, and fajita season – mix until everything is tender and well-coated.  Remove from heat and set aside.

Separate the mixed greens into three bowls. Add salsa and tomato.

Spoon the chicken mixture evenly across all three plates. Sprinkle with a little lime juice and serve hot.
