Caprese Salad

You’ll Need:

8 grape tomatoes, sliced in half
5 mozzarella balls, sliced in half
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp dried basil (or 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh)

How To:

Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly to assure tomatoes and mozzarella are coated in oil and basil

Serve chilled.
