Bacon and Cheese Scrambled Eggs

You’ll Need:

2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. Real Bacon Bits

How To:

In a small bowl, crack eggs and mix with milk until slightly frothy. Mix in salt and pepper, as preferred.

Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and pour egg mixture into the heated pan.  Pour bacon bits on top immediately. Move around with spatula to assure egg does not stick to bottom and burn.  As eggs begin to solidify, chop with spatula so they are small “pebble” eggs.

Once eggs are fully cooked, pour mozzarella cheese over the top and mix until cheese is fully distributed and melted.  Serve hot, and immediately soak pan to make it easier to clean.
