Apple Topped French Toast

You’ll Need:

1 apple, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 slices bread

How To:

Saute apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon in 1 tablespoon butter until tender.

In a shallow bowl, whisk egg, milk, and vanilla. Dip both sides of each slice of bread in egg mixture.

Melt remaining butter in a medium skillet and cook bread on both sides until golden brown. Serve with apple mixture.
