Sweet Peppermint Cocoa

You’ll Need:

4 heaping teaspoons powdered cocoa mix
water
3 tablespoons milk
1 drop peppermint extract
whipped cream
1/2 candy cane, crushed

How To:

Spoon powdered cocoa mix into a sizable mug. Boil water in a teapot. When water has reached boil, pour into mug until mug is approximately three-quarters full. Discard additional water. Stir with spoon until powdered cocoa mix is completely
dissolved.

Add milk to cocoa. Add one drop peppermint extract; be very careful as peppermint extract is extremely potent and it is better to have too little than too much. Mix cocoa with spoon again.

Top with whipped cream and pieces of crushed candy cane.
