Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie

You’ll Need:

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup white chocolate chips
3.5 oz. macadamia nuts, chopped

How To:

Preheat over to 350F.

In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar, and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add almond extract and egg; blend well.

Stir in flour, cocoa, and baking soda; blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 8-12 minutes or until set.

Cool 1 minute; remove from cook sheets.
