Cinnamon Raisin Scone Bites

You’ll Need:

2 cups flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup raisins

 

How To:

Preheat oven to 425F. Coat baking sheets with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In a small bowl, combine milk, oil, and honey; add to the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Stir in raisins.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Move to wire racks to cool.
