Gladiator Chicken Skewers

You’ll Need:
1 lb. chicken tenderloins
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons butter
6 wooden skewers

How To:
Combine bread crumbs, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a shallow bowl. Coat chicken with crumb mixture.

Brown chicken in butter in a large skillet. Remove from heat and drain. Carefully insert a soaked wooden skewer into each tenderloin. Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes.
