Asian Chicken Burgers
You’ll Need:
1 small carrot
1 lb. ground chicken
1/4 c. panko
1/4 c. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp ground ginger
4 tsp. soy sauce
3 tsp. garlic chili sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
How To:
Preheat oven to 375F. Mist baking sheet with cooking spray. Grate carrot into a large bowl.
Add ground chicken, panko, ginger, 2 tbsp, hoisin sauce, 3 tsp, soy sauce, and 1 tsp. garlic chili sauce. Mix well.
Shape mixture into 4 patties and place on to prepared baking sheet. Bake until cooked through, 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix sesame oil and 1 tbsp. water with remaining soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili garlic sauce.
Warm hamburger buns in the oven. Serve the burgers with a drizzle of the sauce glazed over the top.
